We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing needs. You will work closely with the teams to implement strategies, produce high-quality content, manage campaigns, and help ensure consistent communication across all channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team and work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong writing and content creation skills, and bring design and tech-savvy skills to the table.
Content Creation & Execution:
• Draft and schedule engaging social media posts
• Write email newsletters and marketing collateral (e.g. one-pagers, event materials)
• Assist in rewriting and updating email automation content
• Collaborate to develop written content based on brand tone and messaging
• Support creation of product-related communication content when needed
Website & Reporting:
• Execute website content updates under guidance (using Webflow)
• Help track and report on campaign performance and KPIs
• Assist in maintaining a centralised system for marketing performance tracking (social media, email, website, SEO)
Collaboration:
• Work with the design team to create visuals for campaigns, landing pages, and social media
• Use pre-designed templates in Figma for content creation
• Coordinate with BI team to align data tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. development, product, sales, and operations) to gather information, feedback, and needs, understand product updates, and create appropriate marketing materials
• Communicate with travel agents and business partners about marketing collaborations and campaign opportunities
Outbound outreach activities:
• Support outreach efforts to engage travel agents and relevant business partners
• Assist in executing cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn, using provided tools and templates
• Track responses and assist in organising follow-up communication
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure outreach messaging aligns with company goals and branding
• Support analysis and reporting on outreach performance
• +4 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing with a dedication to learn and grow
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.• Strong English proficiency
• Strong content writing and editing ability with attention to tone and clarity
• Strong interest in technology and ability to understand technological concepts in order to translate them into clear and creative marketing messages
• High level of organisation and ability to manage tasks and deadlines
• Basic design skills with an eye for detail and layout
• Familiarity with Figma templates or any other design tools, and openness to learn Figma
•Ability to use ActiveCampaign or similar email marketing tools, and openness to learn ActiveCampaign
• Good PowerPoint/Google Slides skills
• Understanding of Google Analytics and openness to dig deeper
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize content creation and efficiency
• Independent, self-reliable, and experienced in working remotely
Nice To Have:
• Experience with Canva
• Basic knowledge of SEO and tools like Search Console or Ahrefs.
• The job is full-time, 5 days a week (weekdays and/or weekends) for 8 hours a day
• You'll be employed as a contractor, so you'll have all the flexibility you need
• We offer 4 paid weeks off
